About Us
Sparta has been proudly serving the people of Edmonton, Canada since 2010. For the first decade of our operation, we operated a popular northside restaurant on 137 Ave, where we served up a variety of delicious Greek dishes. In early 2020, we made the decision to transition to an offsite commercial kitchen. In this new location, we are able to focus solely on catering for special events, such as office lunches, birthdays, weddings, and dinner parties. With our years of experience in the food industry and our dedication to providing high-quality Greek cuisine, we are confident that we can cater the perfect meal for any special occasion.
